Direct debit

Direct debit is the cheapest and most efficient way to pay your rent. 

The amount that you owe us for rent will automatically be paid from your bank account to ours. This can help avoid any missed payments or rent arrears problems, providing you have sufficient funds in your account at the time of payment.

To make life easier for our residents, we offer four direct debit dates for you to choose from. They are the 1st, 5th, 12th and 19th of each month, or you can pay weekly, every Friday for the following week's rent.

To pay by direct debit you will need to fill out a form and submit it to us.
