Leaseholders - Grounds maintenance

We take pride in our estates and make every effort to ensure they look well-maintained and attractive. To do this we often need help from you, as a leaseholder, to advise us as soon as possible when things need to be changed or fixed.

We sometimes have to rely on feedback from residents to bring certain issues to our attention. If you know of something you would like improved within the grounds of your home, or are less than satisfied with the service being provided by one of our contractors, please let us know.
