Leaseholders - Making changes to your home

We aim to keep the external parts of your home and surrounding building maintained to a high standard and are responsible for improvements and changes to the structure, gardens and communal areas.

However, as a leaseholder, maintenance and changes to the inside of your home, including repairs and decoration, is your responsibility. You can make small improvements to your home such as painting and carpeting. If however you want to make larger changes such as changing the doors, kitchens or bathrooms, you will need to request permission for this, as there may be new requirements or regulations that we need to inform you of.
