Estate inspections

Estate inspections are a great way for residents to get involved. Why not have a say on the improvements that need to be made in your neighbourhood?

A member of our team, accompanied by an estate mate, who is also a tenant, will generally carry out estate inspections.

Inspections involve walking round the area and identifying things that need to be dealt with, such as litter and untidy communal areas, anti-social behaviour and minor building improvements.
