We set aside money each year to put towards improving our neighbourhoods. This is usually spent on changes to the appearance of the communal and surrounding areas and makes your neighbourhood a nicer environment in which to live.

The type of improvements the money is spent on include:

Soft landscaping, such as planting shrubs and flowers

Improving security features such as doors and lighting

Painting of communal areas

New and improved signage

Improving storage and refuse areas
