Our Extra Care one and two bedroom apartments are fully wheelchair accessible and designed and built to meet older people's needs. Features include en suite wetrooms with level-access showers, an emergency alarm system and easy-grip lever taps.

Extra Care developments are comfortable, welcoming and create a friendly community. A restaurant open to residents and guests, well-planned communal areas and landscaped gardens help to create a relaxed and sociable atmosphere.

Our Extra Care schemes offer apartments for both rent and low cost home ownership (shared equity), where homebuyers purchase a 75% share in the property, with no rent to pay on the remaining 25%.
