Salary £22,533 - £28,462 plus £3,193 car allowance, final salary pension scheme, health care provision, 27 days annual leave and performance related pay

We have an extensive programme of development schemes in the pipeline providing an ideal opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to join our team.

Based at our office in Horsham, you will be responsible for monitoring the quality and progress of works undertaken by contractors on our development schemes, to ensure we achieve the highest standards in the homes we build.

You will have experience supervising construction work on site, managing contractor relationships and have a sound knowledge of construction methods. Your strengths will include Health & Safety expertise, the ability to give technical and practical advice and to provide regular progress reports.

Graduate Development Assistant

Salary circa: £20,000
27 days holiday, final salary pension scheme, performance related pay, health care option and employee assistance programme.

We are looking for a keen and enthusiastic graduate to join our Development team. Your role will be to provide day-to-day office support, administration and cover for our busy Development team, while gaining experience and knowledge of the processes that underpin our development and new business activity.

Saxon Weald’s culture supports personal career development and we ‘grow our own managers’ wherever possible. If, after a minimum of 12 months, you demonstrate the ability and desire to develop your skills further you will be considered for the post of Graduate Development Project Manager and commence a structured fast-track training and development programme.
