We are looking for a Multi-Skills Operative to join HomeFix, our
in-house repairs service.
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
• be multi-skilled, with experience working on a wide variety of
tasks including general drill and fix tasks, patch plastering,
flooring, tiling and general maintenance
• have specific experience or a qualification in plumbing and be
able to carry out kitchen and bathroom repairs and installations
• be willing to develop your skills to increase your ability to do
additional repairs and tasks
• be able to provide excellent customer service
You will be working on our properties located primarily in
Southampton and the surrounding area. A HomeFix vehicle will be
provided. It is essential that you possess a current driving licence
and if required, be part of a standby rota for which you will
receive additional payment.
